When you’re ready to start a campaign in campaignbuilder.io, one of the first things you want to do is invite users to help build out your campaigns. It’s important to know the distinction of our user types based on their contribution before assigning their role.
A "User" on our platform is anyone with access to an account. There are two user roles available: Owner and Admin.
Owner: The Owner is the individual who created the account. This role is typically the primary point of contact and has the highest level of control.
Admin: Admins are users who are granted full access to the platform by the Owner.
Both Owners and Admins have full access to all features and functionality within the platform, allowing them to manage settings, create campaigns, and oversee account activity. The distinction between the two roles lies solely in who initially created the account.
