Our Feed Option allows you to easily import external content into the platform and generate unlimited ads based on your product data. This feature streamlines ad creation, ensuring your campaigns stay updated with the latest content while reducing manual work.

Supported Feed Types

You can import data into the platform using the following methods:

  1. CSV Upload โ€“ Manually upload a CSV file containing your product or ad data.

  2. Google Sheets Integration โ€“ Connect a Google Sheet and automatically sync data with the platform.

  3. URL to JSON or XML File โ€“ Link a feed via a direct URL to an external JSON or XML file.

  4. Shopify Integration โ€“ Simply add a custom app and the system will automatically pull product data for ad generation.

๐Ÿ’ก Note: The number of products you can import depends on your subscription plan. Check your planโ€™s limitations to ensure you have enough capacity for your data feed.

How the Feed Works

Once a feed is imported, the data becomes available in the Ad Builder, allowing you to replace standard ad elements with content from your feed. This makes it easy to generate large volumes of personalized ads in just a few clicks.

Product image

We recommend setting the image scale to 'Fit' to ensure product images are displayed correctly. It's also important to test a few ads to confirm proper positioning.

Preview and Shuffle Through Ads

With dynamic feed-based ad creation, multiple variations are generated automatically. You can shuffle through all the generated ads to preview the output and ensure everything looks perfect before publishing.

Step-by-Step Guide & Video Tutorial

To help you get started, we have a detailed video tutorial available in our Help Center, showing exactly how to import your feed step by step. If you're unsure about any part of the process, this video will guide you through everythingโ€”from selecting your feed type to syncing your data and generating ads.

Set Up Your Product Feed for External Ad Platforms

After you've successfully imported your eCommerce feed and mapped the relevant data to your ad content, the final step is to set up a product feed within our platform. This feed links your mapped product data to specific ads, allowing you to use it in dynamic ad formats such as Facebook Catalog Ads or Google Shopping.

To do this:

  1. Go to the Data - Product Feeds section in your dashboard.

  2. Click Create New Product Feed and select the feeds you want to associate with this product feed.

  3. Next, decide if you would like to replace your original product image with a customized creative.

  4. Save and copy the generated feed URL.

You can now use this feed URL when setting up dynamic product ads on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager. This ensures your ad platform always has up-to-date product information synced directly from your imported feed.
