Our platform makes it easy to import and manage external product data. We currently support importing feeds in the following formats:

  • CSV

  • XML

  • JSON

  • Google Sheets

  • Direct URL Feeds

  • Shopify Integration

Once your feed is imported, you have access to a full set of tools to manage and optimize your data for advertising.

Key Features

1. Content

Here you’ll find a complete list of all the products successfully imported from your feed. This is your main view for monitoring the products currently available in your catalog.

2. Settings

Customize how your feed is processed with a variety of settings:

  • Target ID: Assign a target destination for your feed.

  • List Separator Type: Define how data is separated (e.g., comma, semicolon).

  • Header: Specify if your file includes a header row.

  • Catalog Ads Support: Enable special formatting if your feed is used for Catalog Ads.

3. Applied to Ads

Easily view which ad campaigns are currently using the imported feed. This helps you maintain clear oversight of where your data is active across your ads.

4. Feed Filter

Create subfeeds based on custom conditions. This feature lets you filter products (e.g., by brand, price, category) to build more targeted ad campaigns without affecting the main feed.

5. Map Data Source

Use field mapping to match your imported data to the required format for platforms like Google Merchant Center. This ensures seamless integration and compliance with advertising requirements.

6. Data Import Rules

Apply automated rules to optimize your feed data:

  • Number Formatting: Standardize number formats across your feed (e.g., price decimals).

  • Tags: Add custom tags to products for easier organization and campaign targeting.

  • Remove Background: Automatically remove backgrounds from product images.

  • Sum: Combine numerical values across fields when needed (e.g., total stock quantity).

Set Up Your Product Feed for External Ad Platforms

After you've successfully imported your eCommerce feed and mapped the relevant data to your ad content, the final step is to set up a product feed within our platform. This feed links your mapped product data to specific ads, allowing you to use it in dynamic ad formats such as Facebook Catalog Ads or Google Shopping.

To do this:

  1. Go to the Data - Product Feeds section in your dashboard.

  2. Click Create New Product Feed and select the feeds you want to associate with this product feed.

  3. Next, decide if you would like to replace your original product image with a customized creative.

  4. Save and copy the generated feed URL.

You can now use this feed URL when setting up dynamic product ads on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager. This ensures your ad platform always has up-to-date product information synced directly from your imported feed.
