Not all leads will come through your forms. Sometimes you might collect signups at a physical event, receive contact details through customer service, or migrate data from another tool. In these cases, you can add profiles manually to your Audience.

When creating a profile, you can enter the lead’s name, email address, and any other relevant details. You also have the option to assign them directly to a list or allow your workflows to place them into segments automatically.

Adding profiles manually ensures your Audience stays complete and consistent. It means you don’t need to rely solely on automated collection methods but can also bring in valuable contacts from outside sources. This flexibility is especially useful if you are building your lead base from multiple channels.
