Overview
An automation workflow lets you automatically handle leads, messages, and tasks based on user behavior - without any coding. Workflows save time, reduce manual work, and help ensure every lead or user receives the right communication at the right time.

Key Components:

  • Triggers: Events that start a workflow (e.g., someone signs up via a form).

  • Logic: Conditions that decide what happens next (e.g., if a user is from Denmark, send a Danish email).

  • Actions: Tasks executed automatically (e.g., sending an email, SMS, or adding the contact to a list).

Practical Example:
Imagine a visitor signs up through a popup form. With a workflow, you can automatically:

  1. Send them a welcome email.

  2. Add them to your newsletter list.

  3. Notify your Slack team about the new signup.

Workflows allow you to create multi-step processes that run automatically in the background, giving your team more time to focus on strategy and content.
