How to Add a Trigger to Your Workflow

Adding a trigger is simple and only takes a few clicks:


​Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open Workflow Builder from your dashboard.

  2. Click or drag and drop the trigger type (Profile, List, Popup, or Form) into the canvas.

  3. Configure additional settings, such as selecting a specific form or list.

  4. Click Save to activate the trigger.

Tips:

  • Always double-check that your trigger matches the action you want to automate.

  • Test triggers with real data in preview mode to ensure your workflow starts correctly.

Example:
If you want to send an SMS to new leads who sign up via a popup, choose the Popup Trigger and select the popup form.
