The Ads Batch Upload feature in Campaign Builder is designed to streamline the process of creating and publishing large volumes of ads at once. Instead of building each ad individually inside Meta Ads Manager, the batch uploader allows you to prepare all creatives and copy in advance and submit them in a single upload.

Follow this step-by-step guide to create a Batch upload from inside Campaign Builder. Go to Products and select Social Media Paid Ads. Click "Batch Upload" to getting startet.

Campaign details

Enter the campaign name and select the appropriate timezone. The timezone is important if the campaign will be scheduled to start or stop at a specific time.

Choose the Ad Account and the Ad Set that the ads should be published to.

Decide which status the ads should have once they are pushed to Meta Ads Manager. You can set them to either Paused or Active.

Lastly, select the Facebook and Instagram pages the ads should be connected to.

Create Ad

Give your ads a name and choose whether Multi-advertiser ads should be enabled. You can also manage any enhancements in this step.

Add your Primary Text, Headline and Description. If needed, you can create multiple variations for both the Primary Text and the Headline.

Select the Call to Action and enter the Website URL and Display Link.

All information can be edited or adjusted later in the process.

Upload Creatives

You can now upload all your creatives by dragging them into the dropzone or selecting them from your computer.

If your files follow the correct naming format, the platform will automatically match them to the right ads. For example, naming your files like:

1_dk_1080_1080.png
1_dk_1080_1920.png
2_dk_1080_1080.png
2_dk_1080_1920.png

This will generate two ads, each containing two creatives.

If files are not named correctly, they will appear in a red box, allowing you to match them manually. This can be done quickly by dragging one creative onto another.

You can upload additional files at any time.

If you upload more than one 1:1 creative (1080×1080 pixels) for the same ad, the system will automatically convert it into a carousel format.

Preview Ads

This step provides a complete overview of all the ads you are about to create. From this view, you can edit any information directly or select individual ads to update them in bulk.

After selecting the ads you want to modify, click the Bulk Edit button to access all available options.

For Primary Text, Headline, and Description, you can also use AI to generate new content.

Click the thumbs up if you like the suggestion, or the thumbs down if you don’t. Choosing thumbs down will not replace your current content.

Finally, use the Advanced Preview button to see all your ads exactly as they will appear once published.

Publish

Finally, it’s time to publish your ads. In this step, you have three options:

  1. Save as Draft – keep your ads for later and publish them when ready.

  2. Publish Now – send your ads to Meta immediately.

  3. Schedule – choose the specific date and time you want your ads to go live.
