CampaignBuilder lets you control which designs or campaigns are used for your products directly in the product feed setup. You can set rules or date intervals to automatically switch designs for specific products, and define a fallback image to ensure your ads always display correctly. This helps you run more relevant, timely campaigns with minimal manual updates.

Step 1: Open Your Product Feed

  1. Log in to CampaignBuilder and go to Products in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Product Feed.

  3. Click the feed you want to edit.

Step 2: Add Campaigns or Designs to variants

  1. In the feed editor, you can assign one or more campaigns or design variants

  2. For each variant, select the campaign you want to display in your ads.

Step 3: Set Dynamic Rules

  1. For each variant click Add Rule.

  2. Define conditions that determine which campaign is shown. Common rules include:

    • Product category

    • Price range

    • Custom product attributes

  3. You can also set date intervals to show specific campaigns or designs during certain periods, like seasonal promotions or sales.

Step 4: Configure a Fallback Image

  1. In the feed editor, scroll to the Fallback Image section.

  2. Choose either:

    • A campaign fallback (a specific campaign to display if no rules match)

    • A default product image from the feed

  3. This ensures that your ads always have a valid visual even if no rules or intervals apply.

Step 5: Save and Sync Your Feed

  1. After setting rules and fallback images, click Save Feed.

  2. Your catalog will now automatically display the correct design or campaign based on the rules and date intervals you set.

Tips

  • Make sure your product attributes are accurate in the feed to ensure rules work correctly.

  • Use date intervals to automate seasonal campaigns or limited-time promotions.

  • Always set a fallback image to avoid missing visuals in your ads.
